 1. ALL SALES POLICY

All sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened fragrance products.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.

To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
  - The product
  - Packaging
  - Shipping box (if applicable)

Once approved, we will offer:
- A replacement product, or  
- A refund (if replacement is unavailable)

 3. ORDER ISSUES / INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.

 4. NON-DELIVERED / LOST PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, A&E Signature Scent Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

However, if your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Please contact the shipping carrier first  
- Then contact us for assistance

We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
